- HOW CAN I CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE?

- IS ALL MERCHANDISE NEW?
All merchandise listed on our site is new, unless a product is stated as otherwise in the description.
- WHY HASN'T MY ORDER ARRIVED YET?
C&P Entertainment uses a variety of shipping arrangements, and some may result in longer shipping times than others. For in-stock inventory, most orders ship within 2-3 days. Please note that preorders typically ship within 2-3 weeks of product arrival. In some cases shipping may take longer during the holidays, as well as other circumstances.
- CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
Because we work so quickly to ship you your order, it is not possible for us to make changes or cancel an order once it has been shipped. Products on C&P Entertainment are available in very limited quantities for only a short period of time.
- I ONLY RECEIVED PART OF MY ORDER - IS IT COMING IN MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS?
Most orders are sent out as single shipments. However, it is possible for some large orders to arrive in multiple shipments.
- WHAT DOES FINAL SALE MEAN?
FINAL SALE items are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit. Please contact us if you have any questions prior to placing your order.
- WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
C&P Entertainment accepts American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover Card. We also offer PayPal. We do not accept cash, checks or cash-on-delivery (COD). Please note that all orders are charged in United States Dollars (USD).
- IS SALES TAX APPLIED TO ALL ORDERS?
Sales tax is applied to your C&P Entertainment order in accordance with individual state and local regulations. For orders shipped to other states, your state and/or municipal government may require you to declare your purchase and pay appropriate sales tax amounts to them directly. Appropriate tax charges will appear on the "Review Order" page during checkout.
